Yesterday when it was Thursday so I woke up pretty late .... I woke up with a smile on his face and felt in my whole body that Thursday's day would be fine. Went off to a shop to buy my dumbbells and before I had decided what I would purchase it took a little time ie. I chose the pink color which consisted of 2204 Pound, Blue Dye who had weight 4.409 Pound. And the last color was purple and had the weight of total 6613 Pound. After a while, I took my final decision, and it ended up that I chose them purple dumbbells that had the weight of total 6613 Pound. I feel very satisfied out of my choice of what color and weight that I would purchase.
Today when it is Friday and I will dedicate my new dumbbells to train extra. There has not been much training now for the last time because of some injuries and stuff. But now I am once again healthy and feel strong to continue to train. I shall also be in the riding hall to practice a little equestrian physical therapy there. Maybe not the funniest thing I know but it is really needed and I think both the physiotherapist and occupational therapist as well as my doctor. Before that fixed this morning so I'm wondering if I should take and bake cinnamon buns / cinnamon rolls for afternoon coffee break that I usually have. But I still have not quite made up my mind right there.
