More than one million people in Sweden are living with some form of disability. For all these people, the horse stables and offer a valuable free zone. The horse is completely free of prejudice and the encounter with the horse on a level playing field for all. To ride means so much more than just sitting on a horse. The stable is a place for contacts, relaxation and the opportunity for a meaningful and varied leisure.
Horseback riding is a very popular pastime among many adults and children. And even for people with various types of disabilities, it is usually more than just a leisure activity ie.
Yesterday's workout for me was that I was at the fair and rode for a while. To practice my balance and concentration of the horse. Difficult and unstable , it was but I 'm glad it went as well as it did.
Yesterday when it was Friday , I was in the stables with the horses for me to ride on a sweet and big horse . The horse I was riding on was brown. I ride on the horses to practice my balance and strength in my body.

Today it's finally Saturday and it is the best day for me right now in the month of February due to the Eurovision Song Contest has just started for this year . And I really love to watch the Eurovision Song Contest , it was so clearly obvious that I would look at it today on tv. So far so cheering me on the two best entries for tonight that I think will go to the finals directly , the following artists; Elisa Lindström with the song Casanova & Linus Svenningsens with the song Brothers ! :)
