Good morning! Now I have received many questions about what I usually eat .. I'll try to put out even more. However, I follow no diet schedule slavishly, I eat what I think is good and nutritious. But I try to almost always eat every three hours time. I love different kinds of soups but does not eat it as often because it is so thin that is .. I like anyway spinach soup and I have eaten it since I was a little younger. Instead, I'll do it in water and I'll do it in milk and cream.
 
My favorite recipe is:
 
250 g frozen spinach 
1 onion 
A little flour 
6 cups milk 
5 cups water 
2 cups cream 
1 vegetable stock 
Salt and pepper

Fry the onion and spinach. Dust with a little flour at a time and add the remaining ingredients. Let the soup simmer for about 20 min.

Serve it along with boiled eggs in half.
