After posting so much workout pictures I just wanted to show you something yummie! Don’t forget to eat, I really mean it. It’s one thing to be good at the gym, but to manage to eat all you need is the foundation. I think food is the harder part. It’s so much food that has to be eaten to fill up the calori intake our bodies need while working out hard. I think you all should read about catabolism if u haven’t. If we don’t eat properly our body starts to break down the muscles instead of building them up. Eat good during the day to perform, and eat good after the workout so your muscles can grow....
