New Year

Hold on to your hats because now the truth emerges .. Now comes the news! Most often it will be 9/10 which is guaranteed to survive three - four months and then they'll give up, and then promise the same thing over and over again because they really failed and broke down.

How can you do for it to get better results?
- I've never sat in the fix myself but I know many others have done it, unfortunately. Many people, both girls and guys looking into an example mirror and looking tired and worn out. Here are some tips from me to you and I wish you good luck!

For the very first thing you must themselves take and realize that diets and exercise absolute Not being a celestial quickfix. And you will not really start to work out and not even begin to diet! Now you certainly begin to live a truly amazing and healthy life with many new challenges! And try to find a balance between diet and exercise that works for your own family and not for someone else's living ie, otherwise it will be a curse out of a disappointment. Think of it as you stir it like a soup with some antics with life and that you are willing to change and make room for a new and healthier life. And training is to invest in yourself. To eat well is to nurture both its interior and exterior. It will also appear outwardly just like on the inside.

What is the most important to consider?

* For the very first thing I recommend you to start training very easy. A good start is to train 1-2 sessions per week to begin with. Though you might get into it quickly, it is better to go and crave a little extra. Then raise up your training when it feels good after about 1 week.

* Second tip is to bring a note and write down what you eat and how much you exercise in the phone or in a book. It is very important to eat a lot and healthy & nutritious food when training. Then usually goes hand in hand with both results in strength and in a mirror.

* When you are to practice is even more important to gain control and contact with your muscles. Start with free weights and then go over to the machines at the end of the shift time. Do not throw in a bunch of weights, though it may feel wrong, they usually increase the risk of injury and it is not optimal and good for muscle growth. Please listen once too much on your body and feel for where it takes anywhere.

* Learn first a good base. I would prefer that everyone would have a PT (personal trainer) the first few training sessions. And instead of having to train many, many months or years before they finally get to them have run totally wrong. After exactly all the basics is okay, you can run all the cool - exercises of course :)

* Try to locate and find the type of exercise that suits you best! Maybe not strength training for you?? If that's not it, there are lots of other exercise for you. For then it will be difficult to thrive in the gym. My best advice to you is to dare to try different things in life!

* Take in some! By running the same exercise every week at the same weight and the same number compared to strive to become stronger, increase and give 110% on his passport. What do you think gives the best results?

* Find your inspiration! Have a person you are justified by that you can go back and look and look at / read about when it feels a little extra heavy to go and go to the gym on the days that it feels extra heavy, awkward and not at all fun.
